An established hospitality venue is undertaking a digital refresh to better reflect its in-venue experience online. The project focuses on modernising the website to support evolving customer expectations and tighter operational workflows.
Problem
The existing site lacks visual impact, clear user flows, and flexibility for ongoing updates. It does not support animated interactions or integrate smoothly with the restaurant’s management and booking systems, creating friction for both customers and staff.
